Returns are only accepted if the parcel has not been opened. Once the package is opened or used, the product will not be eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Beaded Jewels follows a strict no refund policy. Refunds are not issued once an order is placed and confirmed.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as damaged or defective items received by the customer.

How to Request a Refund

In case of a damaged or defective item, customers must contact us via email with their order number and clear images showing the issue. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven to ten business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within three days of receiving the order.

Exchange requests will only be approved if the wrong product has been received or if there is a manufacturing defect.

Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error is from our side.

Once approved, the exchange will be processed within five to seven working days, subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non refundable except in cases where the item is damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by Beaded Jewels.
